• Production of custom artwork will begin once full payment has been received.
• Once payment is received, we will send a a few mock ups of the design, showing font and placement options. Once the design is confirmed, production should take approximately 1 week.
• Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, PayPal or payment via www.makeitdisco.com
• As this item is custom-made, all sales are final. Custom artwork is non-refundable and non-returnable unless the items are damaged upon delivery. Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographs of both the damaged item(s) and the packaging. Failure to report damages within this timeframe may void any claims.
• Once production of the custom artwork has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled or altered.
• Make It Disco is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the delivery, use, or performance of the custom artwork, including any delays caused by third-party carriers.
• Please note that the colours of the artwork may vary slightly from those displayed on your screen due to differences in monitor settings and display technologies.
